Raw material - punching - graphite - rough turning - fine turning - cutting - chamfering - inspection - packaging - shipping

1. Raw materials

The first step is to inspect the material, exterior structure, specification, surface treatment, etc. of the raw materials, and return or reprocess the raw materials that do not meet the standards.

2. Punch holes

The inspected raw materials are punched. Our machinery and equipment are advanced and efficient.

3. Inlaid graphite

4. Rough turning (and cutting)

Most of the machining allowance is removed from the machined surface, and a large depth of cut and feed should be selected as far as possible within the allowable range. And divide the two connected copper sleeves.

5. Fine car

6. Chamfering (inspection)
